Process
One of our dedicated team will contact you within 24 hours of being instructed by your insurers to arrange for a surveyor to attend to investigate and document the damage to your property. This initial visit is followed by the submission of a comprehensive schedule of repairs to your insurers for their approval. Once the works have been approved our team will discuss the works required with you, guide you in suitable material choices where applicable, and co-ordinate with you to find a suitable time for our tradesmen to restore your property quickly and efficiently.
